At IDEM, we have been offering high-precision dental solutions to patients from all over Europe for more than three decades.
Specialising in advanced implantology and cosmetic dentistry, we successfully treat patients who are partially or totally edentulous using fixed implant-supported restorations.
Since our foundation in 1999 in Elche, Alicante, by doctors François Bouillard, Arno Caillère and Pierre Condemine, we have established ourselves as one of Europe’s leading centres for complex oral rehabilitation.
Our commitment to excellence, innovation and personalised care has led us to treat more than 40,000 patients, place more than 35,000 implants and perform more than 2,000 complete restorations.
Over the years, we have achieved milestones that have marked our evolution:
- 2002
We implemented the computer-assisted surgery protocol with Simplant® technology, pioneering procedures with precision down to tenths of a millimetre.
- 2005
We launched our first website for French-speaking patients, thus expanding our international reach.
- 2010
We integrated the Promax 3D system, incorporating state-of-the-art digital panoramic radiology and CT scans.
- 2011
We expanded our facilities with a second operating theatre, improving our surgical care capacity.
- 2022
We opened the new IDEM Alicante clinic, with the addition of a new partner, Dr Alfonso Díaz, a specialist in cosmetic dentistry.

Today, IDEM has one of the most modern infrastructures in Europe: three operating theatres with anaesthetists, digital radiology, CT scans, computer-guided surgery, an in-house prosthetic laboratory, two sterilisation units and a team of more than 30 professionals dedicated exclusively to comprehensive patient care.
